Dr. Woyciehowsky earned a BSEE(`93), MSEE(`94), and received his Ph.D.(`98) from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. His research interests focused on the development of analog integrated circuits to support alternative signaling formats for fiber optic communication systems.

In 1998, he joined Multilink Technology Corporation (MLTC) where he was responsible for design, layout supervision, and testing of various IC components that became production parts in several >10Gb/s commercial long haul fiber optic systems. From 2000-2002, he served as Technical Team Leader at MLTC for the future 40Gb/s design effort with eight design and layout engineers reporting to him. In 2002, he joined Stratalight Communications where he designed IC´s to support alternative signaling formats for 40Gb/s long haul communication systems, including the successful implementation of a line rate 40Gb/s CDR. After four years, in the spring of 2006, he joined Mediaphy Corporation to design analog CMOS front-end circuitry for IC´s supporting the DVB-H wireless broadcast standard.

In August of 2006, Dr. Woyciehowsky joined ADSANTEC where he is currently performing IC design sustaining the company´s SBIR contractual work as well as its growing portfolio of open market commercial IC solutions. In addition, his duties include packaging oversight, marketing, and business development related activities. Dr. Woyciehowsky is a principal investigator of NASA Phase I SBIR contract recently awarded by NASA.
